Customer Service Representative



Job Description
The position is responsible for support functions in a fast-paced, high volume environment; such as, processing orders, pick tickets, receipts, shipping, billing invoices, and other pertinent issues in order to meet the customer needs. The CSR will establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers such as Wal-Mart, fellow associates, other agencies and the public.
Shift Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm flexible for OT..

Pay rate: 14 + DOE
Skills and Abilities:
• Experience with Wal-Mart a plus
• Logistics
• Routing
• Responsible for monitoring the merchandise leaving the company’s warehouse
• Perform clerical work while following procedures
• Assist customers on all issues
• Process inbound and outbound orders
• Verify BOL’s & monitor each shipment to make sure that physical shipments are reflected accurately in the system
• Schedule pickups from carriers, follow up on missed appointments
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environment with wide temperature ranges
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, especially through e-mail and over the phone
• Good problem solving and stress management skills
• Attention to detail to prepare and maintain records and reports
• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions
• High degree of computer data entry and 10-key skills are needed
• WMS experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
