Job Description
Sync Staffing seeking motivated individuals for a variety of positions in a fast paced manufacturing setting. Openings include repairing, sorting, and rebuilding wooden pallets using a variety of hands-on equipment including automatic nail guns, band saws, and other mechanical equipment and machinery. Comprehensive training is provided for all team members. Must be able to work with others as a team member. Seeking individuals who can and want to become team leaders. Shirts and tools supplied by company.
Very generous compensation package
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate should meet the following minimum physical requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Must be able to perform vigorous movement such as lifting and carrying heavy objects (25-50 lbs.) short distances frequently and repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand or twist for extended periods of time in seasonal temperatures.
• Must have the physical ability to repeatedly push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Must maintain a responsible work ethic.
