We are looking for a motivated stamping press operator to join our teamto produce parts for defense, agriculture, heating/cooling, automotive, & many other industries. We are growing and need good people!
Previous experience in setting-up/running metal stamping or printing presses will be given preference, but other manufacturing experience will also be considered-willing to train.
Must be very mechanically inclined & quality focused.
• Change out/mount dies in 30, 60, 75 80, 200, 100, and 125 ton metal stamping presses
• Set-up/load coil feeders & adjust to run into press
• Modify/regulate smart-pack and minster controls
• Monitor & adjust speeds/feeds of material line
• Troubleshoot as needed
• Monitor machine operations for malfunctions, production quality, safety issues
• Read blueprints & perform inspections as required
Previous experience in running/setting up stamping, forging, or printing presses or other metals manufacturing experience, & willingness to learn
Previous experience in performing quality checks in for production work
Mechanically inclined & detail orientation
