Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are looking to add a full time sales assistant to our growing team to provide administrative support to the sales department! Flexible 1st shift hours & great working culture!!!

Must have strong aptitude/comfort with computers, & be able to work/prioritize independently while remaining sensitive to customer/sales team deadlines.

Team orientated attitude, strong work ethic, and comfortable taking a proactive stance with all communication will be important to success in the role.

Primary Responsibilities:

 -Assist estimators by managing material & outside vendor quotes.
 -Assist with contract review & order entry preparation for floor release
 -Compile sales/performance data on accounts and individual jobs
 -Assist sales in completing new customer information forms
 -Translating quote information into spreadsheets upon customer request
 -Support the sales team in researching leads
 -Assist with customer survey requests & getting quote portals populated with our info.
 -Assisting with travel planning & trade show registrations
 -Managing customer surveys and feedback
 -Help compile data for budget talks
 -Other projects/tasks as assigned
