Housekeeper

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team! Must be a vibrant and dynamic personality with A LOT of energy and a sincere passion for working with seniors and provide peace of mind through quality care to seniors and their loved ones.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
As a Housekeeper you will:

Clean and polish metalwork, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, and corridors, break areas, kitchens, locker rooms and other work areas.
Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Dust furniture and equipment.
Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
Empty wastebaskets, and empty and clean ashtrays, transport trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenish bathroom supplies.


SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Empathy for challenges experienced by residents and their family members
• Ability to carry out oral and written directions and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using the English language
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
