Job Description Objective The Sales Support role provides support to the National Account Director and Key Account Managers on sales team by setting up items, tracking samples, and holding inventory as well as maintaining reporting, website presence, and leading big box sales tools.

Essential Duties • Sales support of accounts: item setup for all mass accounts (forms + images), samples, holding inventory for accounts, enter + track orders • help account managers prep for meetings • assist in managing close out sales (primarily TJ Maxx) - put list together based on aged/disco inventory, create internal + external offer workbooks, work with ops in securing inventory and entering POs, create COC documents • Reporting: work with account managers/forecasters on account reporting - both shipments and POS • provide SVP of Sales and National Account director with internal reports (sales v budget), revenue implications for possible programs • Retailer website maintenance and optimization: regularly work with buyers in optimizing online presence primarily on WM.com, BBB.com, BRU.com and Target.com, will expand assortment on many majors now that drop shipping capable • Process item setups internally to operations team • Partner with operations on order allocations • Account prospecting for new product launches (i.e. diapers) • Enter non-EDI account orders into NAV • Lead on big box sales tools including catalog and presentation, sampling, training, and tradeshow • Coordinate tradeshow setup and logistics with sales team to ensure all products are delivered in time for show setup • Assist Key Account Manager and Account Executive with all market appointment preparations
Skills and Requirements • Previous experience in marketing or sales is preferable • Exceptional analytical skills and Excel proficient • Must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to multi-task • Strong presentation and communication skills • Team player
