Maintenance Technician



Job Description
To maintain building, housing and equipment, including vehicle so that they operate in a safe manner and are also kept in good appearance. To perform preventative maintenance duties and to address immediate concerns. To keep grounds in a safe, attractive condition or assure that outside contractor's work is adequate.

QAULIFICATIONS:
Work experience in this or related field.
Valid Chauffeur's License
Dependable Transportation Available on Job

Demonstrated Ability to:
Use various power and hand tools

Process information under a variety of conditions; follow oral or written directions.

Organize and prioritize work

Work with persons with disabilities and family dynamics and respond appropriately

Model behavior and interactions appropriate to community standards

Interact and work with other departments in a positive manner, whether the situation is positive or not.

Respond to safety and related issues

Communicate and coordinate with other departments in a positive manner
