FT Children's BCBA



Job Description
The Arc of the St. Johns, Inc. is looking for a BCBA to supervise our Children’s after school social skills programs. The BCBA would provide 1:1 oversight and therapy while at the programs, while supervising BSA/RBT’s working at the after school locations in the afternoons.

• Write and update FBA’s and behavior plans
• Graph weekly data
• Provide 1:1 therapy while onsite
• Be available to substitute for a BSA/RBT if they are not available (sick/vacation)
• Document services
• supervise BSA/RBT’s (review notes; provide feedback, etc.)
• Prepare update reports/reassessments for insurance companies.
• Certifications/training required: current BCBA certification; completed supervision course on BACB website and approval to provide supervision by the BACB; Certification in Professional Crisis Management (provided once hired)
