Marketing Job



Job Description
Looking for a future marketing guru!

You will be responsible regular creation, management, reporting and recommendations for our pay per click accounts on AdWords, Bing/Yahoo and Facebook. You will also need to build successful email campaigns while incorporating performance marketing in all channels. Also need a decent knowledge in SEO to enhance current sites and generate more actions. You will also need basic knowledge in coding sites and well as social media marketing skills.

This job will have you in all aspects of digital marketing from top to bottom and you will gain valuable experience in each method.

Relevant skill requirements below:

SEM/SEO Requirements
• Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
• Strong data analysis
• Great attention to details
• Manage day-to-day search marketing activities, keyword analysis, industry trends and optimization of search campaigns
• Identify and report on KPIs and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis
• Develop short and long-term strategies for SEO & SEM of campaigns
• Constant communication with sales to ensure conversions through campaigns

Email Marketing
• Manage prospect and customer database including creating and updating lists, segmenting data and list hygiene
• Manage audiences to optimize engagement through segmentation, personalization, frequency & other best
practice recommendations
• Create compelling HTML emails, landing pages, and forms with persuasive copy and imagery
• Bring an analytical approach to marketing automation. Set targets for campaigns, conduct A/B tests, and report on and communicate results

Social Media
• Creates comprehensive and integrated digital marketing strategies on multiple social media channels that grow and engage the audience and lead to successful conversion goals.
• Develops complex re-targeting and paid media campaigns and executes the day-to-day management.
• Conducts audience research and leverages social listening tools to understand the company’s audience and develop appropriate strategies.
• Collaborates with other marketing team members to integrate social media campaigns into other marketing efforts.
• Social media lead generation experience

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a rapidly growing company and earn some valuable real world experience. Remember this is an entry level position (ground floor) with potential to grow into a large part of the business.
