The Manager is responsible for setting his/her team up for success and interacting with guests constantly to assure we are hitting the mark.The Manager has certain administrative responsibilities which can include: inventories, placing orders, receiving, recruiting, new hire orientations, safety and sanitation, maintenance, scheduling, payroll, daily cash balancing, audits, marketing, promotions and special events.The Manager plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates the team and resources at Bru for the well-prepared, incredibly executed, and profitable daily service that exceeds our guest's expectations. DUTIES* Lead by example with integrity. Work ethic and energy levels are critical.* Provide outstanding guest service* Ensure our exceedingly high service, food, beverage, and safety standards of Bru are met.* Inventories, Food Costing & Financial Management* Ordering* Scheduling & Labor Reporting* Event Planning* Marketing & Promotions* Daily Balancing and Reporting* Recruit, Hire, Train & Lead QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive restaurant experience at similarly positioned concepts in which the candidate's personal leadership was/is remarkable. Ability to work any shift, open or close. Management experience required. Integrity. Leadership ability. Passion for Concept and business. Good organizational skills and able to multitask and long list of duties successfully.Outstanding Guests skills. A love for this industry and business.
