Part-time Child Care Teacher



Job Description
We operate a well-established, after-school program looking for energetic& smiling candidates who thoroughly enjoy working with children. We are currently in search of an assistant teacher for children ages 5-12 to drive the students to field trips and facilitate classroom activities. (Due to transportation insurance requirements, all applicants must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.)
A key part of the role is facilitating high quality, flexible and innovative educational programs for the children within our facility. (Martial Arts experience is not required.)
Candidate must be/have:
*A valid Drivers License and a Clean Driving record (as driving the students is a requirement of the job)
• High school or equivalent
*Self Motivated and Energetic, reliable and enjoy working with children
*Must pass a level II background check.
Required experience:
• childcare: 1 year
Required language:
• English

Residents of DeLand, Orange City, Deltona, Debary, and beyond are welcomed in our marital arts classes. We also provide unique and productive after school programs and karate birthday parties to children in the area.
