Cherokee County Health and Rehab is currently seeking a Full Time Dietary Manager.
- Must have CDM certification and at least 1 year experience in Healthcare Food Service
- Must be able to work some holidays and weekends
As Dietary Manager you will supervise staff and oversee the overall operation of the Dietary Department under the direction of the Director of Food Services and/or Administrator in regards to the nutritional needs of each resident and operating the Dietary Department in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and with established facility’s policies and procedures.
Supervise dietary staff in areas of scheduling, training and motivating in order to maintain staff performance. Maintain quality control of the entire food service process to include, but not limited to: food ordering, storage, handling and the preparation and serving of each meal. Direct and coordinates food service activities to ensure that menus conform to nutritional standards and government regulations.
