LPN 6a - 6p / Cherokee Village Assisted Living



Job Description
Cherokee Village Assisted Living has 44 residents on both ALF & SCALF sides -
Licensed Practical Nurse 6am - 6pm - Rotate every other weekend off

As an LPN, you will support the Registered Nurse and Physician in the provision of resident care, admissions and discharge planning and resident/family education.
The LPN works in close collaboration with the RN or a licensed physician as well as the Care Plan Team to evaluate the resident’s plan of care and progress toward goal attainment.
You will also be responsible for dispensing medications, documenting, care planning, and supervising care staff.
