• Support the registered nurse and physician in the delivery of resident care • Admissions and discharge planning • Resident/family education • Work close in collaboration the RN and physician as well as the Care Plan Team to evaluate the residents plan of care and progress toward goal attainment • Participate in resident care activities with the delegation/supervision of a licensed professional.
Minimum Requirements Education – Graduate from accredited College of Practical or Vocational Nursing Licensure – State of Alabama: Licensed Practical Nurse
