Assistant General Manager



Job Description
Scratch kitchen concept is looking for an Assistant General Manager to run FOH and BOH day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The AGM reports to the General Manager and manages the restaurant in their absence. The right candidate will be passionate about great food, great employees and great customer service!

Duties:

Manages new hires and changes of status for Team Members to ensure accurate and timely payroll and record-keeping.
Works with General Manager to hire, supervise, develop, and when necessary, discipline Team Members.
Drives top-line sales by supporting marketing efforts set by the General Manager, his/her Area Director/Franchise Owner, and/or Director of Marketing.
Supports roll-outs for new menus, products, and promotions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an Assistant/General Manager in a structured restaurant concept.
Successful completion of Management Training Program.
