Job Description More than just a numbers machine, Account Executives are responsible for delivering the first human experience with the Decisely brand and mission, managing a full sales cycle as we find and obtain new accounts. A natural people person, the ideal candidate is excited to connect with decision makers to help take their insurance experience to the next level. You will talk each day to a diverse group of individuals, identifying areas they can improve their healthcare and providing solutions from our unique toolbelt of options.
In summary, you are a small-business and nonprofit hero.
Qualify leads from Marketing, Outbound Prospecting, and from Partners to Opportunities and Deals within the SMB space (1-100 employees). We love talkers! We love to see at least 60 calls per day. Be responsible to build your own pipeline with various sales strategies Conduct web demos of our award-winning HR/Benefits Management software for CEOs, business owners, HR managers, and finance/operations leaders. Run the entire sales process from prospecting to close in a fast-paced, fun environment to hit monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Become a licensed insurance broker with our best-in-class training. Most importantly: Be a Trusted Advisor to Business Leaders on their second-largest recurring cost: employee benefits What we are looking for:
You love sales/selling and you love providing exceptional experiences to clients. Quick learner, data-driven, highly inquisitive. Brings a lot of energy, enthusiasm and ambition to work with a strong desire to get better. 1-3 years of sales experience a plus, particularly in an inside sales environment as a Sales Development Rep or an Account Executive. Ability to communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written). Experience working on a sales quota and exceeding sales goals. Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style. Committed to building a career path. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. 1 to 5 years of work experience in an inside sales environment Heavy Cold Calling Experience Proficient in all aspects of sales cycle, from prospecting to closing with proven success in prior sales roles Strong presentation skills and product knowledge to present and close sales with key decision makers Ability to take a strategic approach to identify customer needs/pains and demonstrate assertive and persuasive negotiation skills to close the sale Strong account management skills Strong written and verbal communications skills Salesforce experience a plus Email prospecting experience a plus
