Client Service Coordinator - Atlanta Office

Job Description
The backbone of our Client Services team, your primary job is to learn the art of complex customer service by supporting the day-to-day operations of our Relationship Managers. Starting on day one you will embark on a crash course in all things insurance and benefits support – including how to manage new accounts, respond to individual policy questions, and advise existing clients on additional or different coverage.

Designed for rapid progression, those who excel in this role will be promoted to more advanced Coordinators titles and, eventually, Relationship Manager, a role with it's own book of business and team of Coordinators to manage and support.

The ideal candidate is equal parts people-person and detail-fanatic. If you have a passion for the needs of others, an obsession with accurate and complete recommendations, and strict dedication to regulatory guidelines this the role for you!

Note the position is tailored based on experience. Those with insurance and/or client success experience may be fast-tracked through to the Relationship Manager role.

During an average day you will do some if not all of the following:

Create accounts in our CRM and client software platforms
Organize and manage a large list of projects and tasks that track employee changes

Ability to be self- and peer-managed
Experience in customer service, human resources, and/or employee benefits a plus
