Job Description
To greet and serve guests in bar and related areas who mainly require alcoholic beverage services; to correctly order, assist with glassware and garnishes as needed and in a timely fashion; to serve guests in a hospitable manner.
Serve guest promptly and according to service standards. Correctly order from bartender; pre-ring guest check; assist, as needed, in set up; have guest check red-lined before leaving the bar.Do all necessary set up sidework as per sidework schedule.Be knowledgeable of all menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods. Be prepared to answer any guest questions about the menu in a direct, concise way.Be able to operate the point-of-sale register (where applicable).
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time. In a variety of work environments - indoor & outdoor
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Continuous use of hands and arms.
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting. Navigate stairs with food service trays

Fine Dining experience a plus
