Receptionist/Administrative Assistant



Job Description
Part-Time
$9-10 an hour

We are seeking a part-time receptionist/office assistant to provide administrative support to the Management Team. This position has a wide variety of administrative tasks. To be successful in this position you must be a team player and have great customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone and provide information, take message or direct calls.
Greet visitor and assist them with inquires
General administrative and clerical support
Assist with new employee orientation
Maintain personnel files


Requirements:
Accuracy and attention to detail
Effectively build relationships with customer, vendors and co-workers.
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliability
Able to maintain confidentiality
Able to use basic office equipment copier, fax machine, computer and a multi line phone system











About The Independence Houses
The Independence House, locally owned by a Registered Nurse, provides assisted living facilities in a small home-like setting. Our facilities specialize in caring for individuals that have been diagnosed with dementia. The staff provides care, support and education to help families cope with the changes that dementia brings to their lives. Emerald Gardens provides a palliative care home, for those individuals diagnosed with an illness that causes pain or other health concerns. All houses provide services to maximize comfort and quality of life.
