Office assistant and phone sales



Job Description
Local service company located close to RDU is looking for an office assistant with phone sales experience. Looking for vibrant individual who has experience in an office setting. Must have FANTASTIC customer service skills. Individual must possess excellent communication & organizational skills & be able to multi-task. Prior experience in sales will be a great bonus. Will be expected to effectively explain our service details to potential customers and convey the benefits clearly, resulting in sales. Will also need to be a quick learner and have the ability to trouble shoot & work individually. Duties include but are not limited to: answering telephones, replying to e-mails, scheduling, data entry, filing, and customer follow up (both phone & in written form) & assisting the office manager. Great atmosphere for a dedicated team member.
