The Senior Sales & Business Development Representative supports membership growth efforts for existing products and services under the First Circle Solutions umbrella. In this role, primary focus will be in delivering growth and development success for our newly released Chewsi dental mobile app. Success will be achieved from supporting the development of a strong list of marketing partners in sectors including associations, health carriers, insurance consultant/brokerage entities and other groups with an ability to deliver access and points of contact to significant rosters of membership. Of equal importance will be an ability to open doors and gain support and ultimate adoption of a Chewsi solution from decision makers within the nation’s large employer group market.
The Senior Sales & Business Development Representative reports directly to and works closely with the Director, Sales & Business Development of First Circle Solutions. The position will also find the incumbent in a collaborative working environment with Chewsi’s Network Development Director, our national network recruitment team and other key stakeholders throughout the organization. As part of this team, activities include bringing insight and advice on opportunities and challenges facing all aspects of the business. The person in this position will be called upon as a contributor in making recommendations and contributions toward the development of ongoing strategic growth campaigns. The expectation is that the person in this role will work with the Director to design and implement efforts that support the organizations goals and objectives.
Supports in the development and execution of a strategic sales plan that produces success in effective engagement and membership growth within known target markets while identifying additional vehicles for expansion.
Ongoing analysis for all growth efforts – finds ways to better leverage areas of success while addressing areas in need of improvement, prioritization and any necessary adjustments in key business strategy.
Ability to understand and assess organizational capabilities, business environment, and all aspects of the broader healthcare industry including competitive landscape, and key market trends.
Builds relationships with key internal stakeholders to support and engage all strategic initiatives, and implementation of any associated projects.
Development and delivery of convincing sales and partnership presentations externally.
Collaborate with all enterprise stakeholders to ensure strategic plan is executed successfully and to escalate issues as needed.
Develop daily, weekly and monthly updates for discussion and strategic planning meetings that effectively and accurately communicate insights and recommendations.
5-7 years healthcare sales or consulting experience required. Experience with a leading health carrier or consulting firm strongly preferred.
Deep understanding and insight of healthcare industry dynamics.
Some travel is required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
