Legal Assistant - Client Services



Job Description
• To act as a liaison between the client and the firm.
• To possess a thorough knowledge of the client’s operating procedures and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients.
• Attend conference calls and communicate client requirements to relevant teams.
• Respond to client inquiries and find solutions to issues presented.
• Keep clients updated and deliverables are met.
• Works with Teams and Collectors to resolve issues regarding the performance of the claims.
• Provide weekly and/or monthly forecasts to clients.
• Monitor goal progress.
• Negotiate settlement offers on client’s behalf.
• Implement strategies to increase recoveries and improve liquidation rates.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties that may be assigned.
