Truss Builder, 1st Shift, up to $24/hr on Piece Rate



Job Description
o Must be able to lift up to 5lbs repetitiously
o Must be able to stand for long periods of time
o Must be able to read and understand the production schedule
o Must be able to read and understand a tape measure
o Must be willing to work overtime if needed
o Must have astuteness to safety and quality
o Must have basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide/count)
o Must be able to effectively communicate with other team members
o General Operation:
 Assemble trusses per specified sample
 Assemble at a fast pace meeting the specified production rate
 Stack per the production schedule
 Identify and mark trusses that are being built
