Junior Sales Agent



Job Description
This is a phone based sales position that does not require a life & health insurance license. We provide well qualified leads generated from a variety of marketing sources that are targeted at Americans looking for health insurance. The Junior Agent reaches out to potential clients that have requested information online about obtaining health insurance. You will perform an initial screening of the potential client's situation to pre-qualify and determine their budget. Pre-Qualified candidates will be transferred to one of our Senior Agents for a complete evaluation of their situation. This is a phone sales position, with roughly 150-250 calls expected daily, and about 5-7 hours of talk time. An ideal candidate will have 1-3 years phone sales experience.

This is an entry level sales position with career advancement opportunity for a successful Junior Agent to grow into a licensed Senior Agent role.

* Able to Work Flexible Rotating Schedule, We Are Open 5AM-9PM / 7 Days a Week
