Job Description
Adhere to both State and Company health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Must be ServSafe Certified.
No smoking is allowed during your shift.
Must come in clean and healthy.
Must not have applied any perfumes, colognes, body sprays, or heavily scented lotions before or during work.

Prepare and run your own station.
Fill out prep list for your station.
Maintain a high level of culinary execution during your shift.
Maintain a high level of consistency.
Ability to read recipes and prepare them.
Wash dishes when necessary.
Breakdown and clean your station.
Sweep and mop your station.

Check in orders and update food inventories.

Step in when called upon by management to assist service staff.

Our kitchen produces scratch-made dishes with elements of molecular gastronomy. Our Chef sources only the highest quality ingredients. Whether its grass-fed hogs raised locally, or cheese from halfway around the world; its all about the flavor.

Our brewery produces both ales and lagers with a high degree of execution. Our beers range from classic European interpretations to those with some American influence. We brew for a wide range of flavors to compliment our Chef's creations.
