Summary: Team member executes the packaging of materials and products for our valued customers
Your Contribution: Constantly monitors quality of the product being packed and ensures the proper packaging of materials and products against customer orders/specifications in this manufacturing facility in Fairfield, Ohio
Lifts folding cartons off the machinery, stacks folding cartons onto a skid adhering to proper stacking methods/procedures Performs stacking, taping, labeling, packing and other duties based upon tasks necessary to assure top efficiency Reports any challenges or mechanical problems to the operator or supervisor Maintains the cleanliness of the production and packaging areas, keeping accurate counts of all finished product Develops a clear understanding of the various types of raw manufacturing materials Abide by all American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards and Honeymoon Paper Products, Inc. (HPPI) standards

Utilizes proper hair restraints Washes hands after using the restroom or eating or whenever hands become soiled Reports injuries, treats all cuts, scrapes, open sores immediately and appropriately following blood born pathogen policy Eliminate jewelry, shut off cell phones or pagers and do not place on or bring personal items to the production floor No food of any kind except in authorized areas and no tobacco products except in authorized areas

High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience Capable of reading a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences Conduct addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers and the ability to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Can perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions. Capable of dealing with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Physical Requirements and Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the Stacker/Catcher is regularly required to sit; use hands/fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stand, walk, climb or balance, and discern audible instructions and provide verbal directives or responses. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include: close, distance, color vision and ability to adjust focus.

About Honeymoon Paper Products Honeymoon Paper Products has been a quality manufacturer of corrugated and folding carton packaging, primarily for food service customers, since 1960.
Today, Honeymoon Paper Products employs almost 150 employees in two locations. Our company headquarters location in Fairfield, Ohio produces primarily corrugated packaging and our South Carolina plant produces primarily folding carton packaging.
