Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY Responsible for managing and maintaining the requests for service (executing these tasks efficiently and properly within a 24-hour period), hiring, training and motivating Maintenance/?Service Team and plan day-to-day schedule while providing any/?all necessary follow up. ? ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise maintenance and service activities.? Create and maintain a monthly staffing schedule, while includes 24/?7 coverage for on-call rotation. ?Respond to any emergencies.? Purchase, stock and inventory parts and supplies needed for daily operations.? Establish a working partnership with the General Manager and office team. ? Work together to meet the needs of the organization. ?Provide maintenance figures for annual budget. ? Assist with overseeing any capital improvement projects. ? Adhere to the Preventive Maintenance Program.? SKILLS Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing maintenance and operational situations. ? Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations requires review of mechanical factors. ? Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.? Practical experience required with 1-5 years in building maintenance, with a minimum of 1 year as a successful Maintenance Supervisor.? Supervision experience and computer skills required.?
