Assistant Restaurant Manager

Fast food restaurant with major growth!!

Salary from $40,000 to $47,000 per year plus 10-15% bonus potential
Health Insurance and 401K
45 hour work week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build a team of customer-focused employees through recruiting, interviewing, training, coaching and communication.
Train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate employee performance.
Direct and manage store operational efforts, which includes managing Speed of Service, store cleanliness and sanitation, product quality, and ensuring a positive, memorable customer experience.
Control cost of goods/inventory and utilization of labor to maintain profitability goals, while ensuring adequate service and product levels. Implement procedures to maximize efficiencies and control variances in daily output of product and overall store performance.
Assist with creating employee schedules based on projected volume and labor goals. Ensure adequate coverage in the restaurant at all times.
Complete daily, weekly, monthly and all other necessary reports on a timely basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Servant Leadership skills -- a willingness to put your team and customers first.
Training skills -- on-board, train, coach and monitor performance team members.
Communication skills -- lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform team members; build the capabilities of team members and shift supervisors to prepare them for advancement; thank your team and celebrate successes.
Experience within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Available to work all shifts -- open, close, weekends, and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have restaurant management experience
HS Diploma
Must pass BG check and have a valid license
