Executive Assistant in HR:
PAY: $$DOE$$

Essential job functions:

Maintain, update, and help to coordinate the performance assessment & employee evaluation
Revise/translate records, company memo, handbook to Spanish
Work with Paychex’s or payroll system to main record
Update/maintain OSHA safety records, insurance, worker’s comp info
Performs all other work-related duties as assigned


• Excellent grammatical and technical writing skills (English/Spanish)
• Good organizational, multi-tasking and follow through skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail oriented, self-starter
2+ yrs. HR experience
Not afraid to confront or tackle tough personnel issues
