Job Description

Managing Personnel Service in the City of Garden Grove is looking to add Sales Representatives to our team. As a member of our sales team , you will be responsible for significantly increasing sales revenue by actively canvassing and cold calling companies in the OC.

About the position:

In this role, you will target businesses through face to face prospecting in a wide variety of markets (industrial, warehouse, logistics, clerical, etc). You will build relationships with key personnel within business management. Manage the sales process including presentation meetings, negotiations and closing deals.
Requirements: Solid verbal and written communication skills. Confident phone presence. Ability to efficiently present information and answer questions professionally. Networking and business development skills. Must have professional appearance. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must have at least two year sales experience, preferably in staffing industry.

Bilingual- English and Spanish

Compensation: Base pay + commission + gas allowance + cell phone allowance
