MUST BE proficient in Microsoft Excel and have working knowledge of basic business computer applications
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Job Responsibilities

Personal Communication/Interaction with Clients
Determination of Taxability
Data Entry – Merit Web Database
Clerical Support – Division Orders, Notices, Tax Statements
Financial/Assessment Analysis
Personal Interaction/Negotiation with County Appraisers
Assist in Business Development Efforts
Preparation of property tax renditions/returns
Report to Management

Education

Bachelor’s degree is required, concentrated in Business, Real Estate, or Accounting

Certifications/Licensure

Texas Property Tax Consultant Licensure
