Outside Construction Sales

General Requirements:
Job type: Full time
Prior construction experience is preferred
Three years of prior sales experience is preferred
Computer literate
Must have a Valid drivers in good standing.
No drinking / driving convictions within past three years.

Job Description:

Outside sales person is responsible for calling on leads and preparing quotes for customers. Key components of the job entail the ability to develop personable business relationships with both residential and commercial/industrial customers.

The position requires a self-starting, self-motivated person with excellent organizational skills, competent in math calculations and with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. This person must be outgoing, someone good with people skills. Compensation is based on a Guaranteed Salary PLUS Commission Bonus with pre-qualified leads. Some overnight travel maybe required.
