Job Description Hale Kupuna Heritage Home is looking for genuinely caring Housekeeper who strives to provide service excellence in a team environment.
A Housekeeper’s main role is to perform all types of cleaning, housekeeping and light maintenance tasks throughout the facility to include, but not limited to, resident rooms, common areas, laundry pick-up and delivery, appliance cleaning. Follows infection control standards. Ensures a clean, orderly, and safe place for our residents to live and staff to work.
About Hale Kupuna Heritage Home: Hale Kupuna is an 84 bed skilled nursing and intermediate long term care center in Omao, on the island of Kauai. Nestled in a residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, residents enjoy the natural, lush, green surroundings, while benefitting from the services we offer. Successful Housekeeping Applicants Must: • Pass criminal background check, TB and drug screen. • Have an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal • Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, lift (up to 50 pounds). • (Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered)
Full-time and part-time: day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
