Housekeeper - Hale Kupuna Heritage Home (Omao)



Job Description
Hale Kupuna Heritage Home is looking for genuinely caring Housekeeper who strives to provide service excellence in a team environment.

A Housekeeper’s main role is to perform all types of cleaning, housekeeping and light maintenance tasks throughout the facility to include, but not limited to, resident rooms, common areas, laundry pick-up and delivery, appliance cleaning. Follows infection control standards. Ensures a clean, orderly, and safe place for our residents to live and staff to work.

Hale Kupuna is an 84 bed skilled nursing and intermediate long term care center in Omao, on the island of Kauai. Nestled in a residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, residents enjoy the natural, lush, green surroundings, while benefitting from the services we offer. Our mission is "Caring for Our Ohana,” this includes all of our guest, their families, our employees, and our community.

Successful Housekeeping Applicants Must:
• Pass criminal background check, TB and drug screen.
• Have an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, lift (up to 50 pounds).
• (Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered)

Hours:

Full-time and part-time: day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

• Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
• The Hale Kupuna does not pay for relocation.
