Job Description The Patient Account Specialist (PAS) performs the billing and collection of insurance claims and private statements. Primary responsibilities include preparation of census reconciliation, obtain appropriate third party authorizations, resolve discrepant receivables and enter data accurately to generate statements and claims. Attention to details and good computer skills required.

Successful Patient Account Specialist (PAS) Applicants MUST: • Pass criminal background check, TB, and drug screen. • Associate Degree in Accounting or a combination of education and experience in healthcare related field. • Have an attention to detail and good computer skills. • (Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered.)
