Registered Nurse (RN) - Hale Kupuna Heritage Home (Omao)
Job Description Hale Kupuna Heritage Home is looking for genuinely caring Registered Nurses (RN) who strive to provide clinical and service excellence in a team environment. Under the general direction of the DON, our Registered Nurses (RN) provides professional nursing care to residents following established policies and procedures of the facility. Assists in management and supervision of the nursing unit. Charts and makes observations. Oversees and directs the CNAs in their day-to day assignments and use of supplies and equipment.
About Hale Kupuna Heritage Home: Hale Kupuna is an 84 bed skilled nursing and intermediate long term care center in Omao, on the island of Kauai. Successful Registered Nurses (RN) Applicants MUST: • Pass criminal background check and drug screen. • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. • Possess current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii. • Be CPR and First Aide certified. • Experience in geriatrics and current nursing standards of practice preferred. • (Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered.)
Hours: Full-time (3 – 12 hour shifts)
The Hale Kupuna does not pay for relocation.
