Job Description
Speech Therapist (On Call)

The Speech Therapist assumes overall responsibility for assigned patients who may require speech therapy in the home. He/she also provides speech therapy to patients managed by a RN or PT Case manager. Specific responsibilities include assessment, intervention, instruction, and therapy under the general direction of the patient’s physician for patients whose functional level is adversely affected by their medical condition. Current Hawaii driver’s license required.

Performs job duties in accordance with Ohana Pacific Management Company’s Mission, Vision, Core Values and Core Behaviors.
