Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Conducts quality control checks by examining finished products to detect defects such as runs, dropped stitches, puckering, and logo or graphic misalignment. Finishes embroidered products per corresponding work order by removing embroidery backings, cutting extra or loose threads, cleaning, folding, tagging, and bagging finished product as needed. Trims excess thread ends and removes loose threads. Steams clothing and other embroidered products as needed. Ensures accuracy on logo production, confirms logos and graphics match sales order instructions. Confirms all styles, colors, sizes, etc. match sales order ticket. Packages all orders neatly and ensures orders meet company quality standards. Organizes sales orders by date and importance once production is complete. Ensures RUSH orders are shipped on time. Matches products from other departments and ensures sales order tickets are complete prior to sending to shipping department. Maintains neat and organized trimming station. Assists in daily needs within department including workspace cleanup. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
