Job Description We are currently recruiting for a full time Accountant. This is a mid-level accounting role responsible for the transactions and reporting of one division of the agency. This position prepares monthly reports and general journal entries, assists with payroll, billing, purchasing, account reconciliations and various business office functions.
Responsibilities include: Daily coding and billing Account and bank reconciliations Monthly Budget reporting Account analysis Monthly Ledger Analysis and adjusting entries Assist with Bi-Weekly payroll Bi Weekly and monthly reports Data Entry Back up and assist various roles in the business office Communication with staff, vendors and program participants
Salary: $30,000-$36,000 depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field plus 1-3 years of experience Bookkeeping or AR/AP experience preferred
