Bilingual Recruiter Needed $30,000-$35,000 Yr



Job Description
The recruiter is responsible for delivering high quality service to our customers and temporaries by matching skills of temporaries to customers' needs. Focuses on recruiting candidates for placements at our customer locations. Develops new relationships and retains existing relationships on behalf of Road Dog.
Essential Functions:
• Help qualified people to find jobs in the trucking, warehouse and light industrial fields
• Help clients find truck drivers, warehouse and light industrial workers
• Represent Road Dog with our clients
• Meet or exceed specific performance objectives
• Recruit, interview, and evaluate applicants to determine their qualifications for assignments to fill job orders.
• Follow established company policies to ensure non-discriminatory and legally compliant practices, e.g. I-9 etc.
• Execute recruiting activities, including attending job fairs, updating all applicant information in database, offering additional and creative recruitment and referral bonuses to applicants for the purpose of retraining and building additional temporary employees.
• Make yourself familiar with the markets you are recruiting
• Data entry of prospective applicant information.
• Answer ad response calls and pre-qualify temporary applicants.
• Communicate all trends and competitive information to your manager
