Digital Marketing Specialist

Signs.com is seeking a digital marketing specialist. The position is full-time and will report directly to the VP of Marketing. The specialist will be responsible for developing effective marketing campaigns, channels, and programs that drive business growth through new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, and analyze demand generation campaigns in a variety of inbound and outbound marketing channels.
Strategize with internal stakeholders on marketing and campaign plans against measurable goals and objectives.
Work collaboratively internally to create appealing campaigns, through well-written copy, design and metrics.
Maintain knowledge of current trends and digital marketing strategies as they evolve and strive to apply best practices.
Assist with the on-page optimization and improvement of Signs.com.
Assist with all aspects of product development and launch.
Contribute to and manage newsworthy initiatives aimed at growing Signs.com.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field with 1+ years of digital marketing
Understanding of SEO, CRO, UX, Public Relations, Social Media, and Web Analytics. Experience in these areas preferred.
E-Commerce experience preferred.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy.
Creative, resourceful and innovative.
Proven ability to both follow instructions and work autonomously.
Passion for digital marketing.
Self-motivated.

Extras:
Familiarity with Adobe CC Suite.
Experience in writing site content.
Knowledge of affiliate and email marketing.
Prior video experience.
