E-Commerce Online Market Specialist

Objective
TentandTable.com is a distributor of commercial quality bounce houses, inflatables, tents, tables and chairs. We are looking for a candidate to assist us with online listing audit and creation. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay but we are also willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
-Provide customer service online and over the phone in accordance to the company’s guidelines.
-Create listings as needed, ensuring products are accurately priced, photographed, and described.
-Monitor and optimize live listings and make suggestions to improve listing performance and health.
-Research and analyze competitive landscape of marketplace sales and identify opportunities for growth.
-Resolve problematic transactions and maintain healthy marketplace account standing.

Preferred Qualifications
-Minimum 1-2 years experiences with marketplace platforms like Amazon and eBay.
-Some experience with creation of listings on online platforms.
-General customer service experience both online and over the phone.
-Proficiency in Excel (will be working with large data feeds).
-Basic Photoshop experience (basic photo touch up, resizing, etc.).
