Crisis Respite Unit LVN



Job Description
Education and/or Experience:
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program required; Registered Nurse preferred.
• Psychiatric experience preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or addiction issues desirable

Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
• Current Texas LVN license required
• Current driver’s license and vehicle for use at work

Position Summary:
Provides mentoring and monitoring for the CRU facility staff related to nursing and medication issues, procedures and performance, as well as providing direct nursing services to persons who receive medications or need nursing services, including Medication Training and Support Rehabilitation services in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Starting wage is between $16 - $19/hour.
