Job Description • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalency in work experience or education required. • Five (5) years of work experience in a senior-level management role required. • Demonstrated competence in staff supervision, human resources management, fiscal management, contract management, quality management and/or program development preferred. Work experience and additional education can be considered. • Work experience with the Texas Health and Human Services system or system agencies preferred. • Work experience with political subdivisions preferred.
The Deputy Chief of Regulatory and Support Services (DCRSS) will perform executive-level managerial work managing Texoma Community Center’s (TCC) regulatory, human resources, contract and compliance functions and training. The Deputy Chief will lead the agency’s Quality Management Department ensuring internal mechanisms are in place to lead quality control efforts, and ensure that the agency remains in compliance with state quality management efforts. The DCRSS will work with internal partners to assure internal or external deficits are addresses as required. The DCRSS will ensure and oversee the development and update of agency Policies and Procedures, training, and Client Rights functions. The DCRSS will lead the agency’s internal and external contracting process, assuring internal compliance and success with state-agency contracts. The DCRSS will ensure processes are in place to allow the agency to successfully procure services in accordance with state requirements. The DCRSS will lead the agency’s internal and external compliance functions to assure TCC remains in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws. The DCRSS will work with other Executive Management Team members in providing direction and guidance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in strategic agency operations and planning initiatives. The DCRSS will lead the agency’s Human Resources functions assuring compliance with all federal, state and local requirements. Work will involve interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including local, state and federal officials, foundations and other organizations as appropriate. Performs related administrative and supervisory duties to ensure efficient operation of the agency.
Wage range $69,000 - $76,000 dependent upon experience.
