Texoma Community Center (TCC) is one of 39 Texas Community Centers, which are governmental entities as defined by Title 7 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.
Provides a variety of services, including advocacy, to assigned caseload. Provides service authorization and coordination to consumers within the Texas Home Living program. Provides crisis assistance to staff and clients, including oversight of Face-to-Face and telephone screening duties. Monitors adaptive aid requirements and implementation in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards. Starting wage is $15.85 an hour
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education or Counseling with Human Services Experience or RN with two (2) years Psychiatric
• Experience working with individuals with IDD
Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
• Current driver’s license and a vehicle for use at work
