Substance Use Disorder Administrative Assistant



Job Description
Education and/or Experience:
• High School Diploma
• College course work in Business Practice preferred
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or substance use issues desirable

Position Summary:
Provides clerical support, data management functions, scheduling and program inventory control to all substance use disorder programs. Work involves compiling and tabulating data, checking documents for accuracy, entering data into multiple systems, and maintaining files. Supports program director with ad hoc administrative reporting and creative tasks. Maintains annual reporting logs required by HHSC. Position is responsible for creating new client files and completing responsibilities necessary for all special projects. Monitors and secures program supplies. Serves on safety committee and is representative for facility in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Starting wage between $12.00 - $ 14.00/hr.
