Texoma Community Center (TCC) is one of 39 Texas Community Centers, which are governmental entities as defined by Title 7 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.

This position prepares and disseminates information concerning SUD programs and services. Provides clerical support, data management functions into three electronic and one paper storage and billing systems, scheduling and program inventory control to all substance use treatment programs. Submits accurate and complete financial information to billing department and investigates any rejected claims. Work involves compiling and tabulating data, checking documents for accuracy, entering data into multiple systems, and maintaining files. Supports program director with ad hoc administrative reporting and creative tasks. Maintains monthly and annual reporting logs required by Programs and HHSC. Position is responsible for creating new client files and completing responsibilities necessary for all special projects. Monitors, compares cost effectiveness and orders, tracks, distributes, and logs all program supplies. Collects all revenues generated by programs, tracks receipts and turns in all collections to finance department for entry into correct RU. Serves on safety committee and is representative for facility in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards. Starting wage is $14.15 an hour.

Education and/or Experience:
• High School Diploma
• College course work in Business Practice preferred
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or substance use issues desirable

Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
• Current driver’s license
