YES Waiver Community Living Support Specialist



Job Description
Sherman 412 YES Waiver Community Living Support Specialist: Provides curriculum based skills training to YES Waiver participants for skills that are affected by the participant’s serious emotional disturbance. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Counseling with 2 years Human Services Experience preferred or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, human growth and development, special education, educational psychology, early childhood intervention or early childhood education, Psychology, or Counseling with three years’ experience working in a mental health facility as a case manager. Must qualify for QMHP-CS credentialing process. Minimum starting wage $14.71.
