Job Description Education and/or Experience: • Master’s Degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or counseling with two (2) years human services experience preferred or Bachelor’s Degree in social work, sociology, human growth and development, special education, educational psychology, early childhood intervention or early childhood education, psychology, or counseling with three (3) years’ experience working in the mental health field required • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or addiction issues desirable
Certificates, Licensure, Registrations: • Current driver’s license and a vehicle for use at work
Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing curriculum based skills training to YES Waiver participants for skills that are affected by the participant’s serious emotional disturbance and maintains Children’s Mental Health caseload as necessary and assigned in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center.
