Job Description Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Counseling with two (2) years Human Services experience • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or addiction issues desirable
Certificates, Licensure, Registrations: • Current driver’s license and vehicle for use at work • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) preferred
Provides advocacy, intensive case management, and Wraparound services to clients and parents of assigned caseload. Also provides crisis services as needed to clients and families in need of intervention in the YES Waiver program or TRR LOC-4 in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Wage range between $14.71 - $16.28
