Assistant Air Cell Operator



Job Description
Education: High School education or equivalent preferred
Experience: Prior factory experience preferred
Skills: Basic computer skills, forklift training and/or industry skills preferred

Objective: Position works with Lead Air Cell Operator in the efficient operation of Air Cell following schedules as posted.

Job Description

I. Position Requirements

- Must complete all phases of –
- Blaster & Load Set Up Operator
- Straightening Operator
- Inspection Operator

- Position reports to Lead Air Cell Operator on a daily basis
- Assist Lead Operator with Real Time scheduling utilizing
backlog reports for specific customers
- Ensure schedules are followed by building proper back up loads
for each furnace
- Efficient operations of all Air cell equipment per procedures
- Start up /shutdown procedures
- Loading procedures and capabilities
- Ensure plant organization and cleanliness with a goal to achieve
5’s

II. Bluestreak Requirements

- Complete Bluestreak qualifications level 1 & 2 training
