Job Description
Walla Walla County Commissioners has an opening for an Assistant Clerk of the Board. This position is 35 hours/week and the starting salary is: $2950/mo. to $3579/mo. DOE with full County benefits. Performs advanced, complex, and responsible clerical, financial, word processing duties, and other related duties for the County Commissioners and/or the Clerk of the Board. This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers. Confidentiality is a must. High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) year college degree with emphasis in office administration or a related field plus two (2) years of clerical/office experience OR any combination of experience, education, and training which would demonstrate the level of knowledge and ability required.
